Building on the extensive media development experience of DW Akademie in Ukraine, this initiative is based on cooperation with its project partners, Canal France International (CFI) and Lithuanian Radio and Television (LRT).

With projects in more than 50 countries worldwide, our work strengthens the human right to freedom of expression and unhindered access to information. DW Akademie empowers people to make independent decisions based on reliable facts and constructive dialogue.
Canal France International (CFI), the French media development agency, provides support to media organizations across several continents. A subsidiary of France Médias Monde and an operator of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the agency is currently involved in around 30 projects that fall under three major programmes: Media and Governance, Media and Business, Media and Development.
The Lithuanian Radio and Television (LRT) brings its unique experience of its successful transition from state-controlled to public service media. The broadcaster is also well-versed in producing content for a Russian-speaking minority, while successfully countering disinformation threats in the Russian-language information space.
