The Lithuanian National Radio and Television (LRT) is building a network of Ukrainian media professionals who are in exile in Vilnius. The objective is to share the best practices in tackling disinformation in Eastern Europe.

LRT will also engage Ukrainian journalists in developing a series of fact-checking programmes in Ukrainian and Russian languages. The content, covering manipulation on topics related to the war in Ukraine, is intended for the Ukrainian diaspora and Ukrainian war refugees in Lithuania, as well as media partners in Ukraine.
