Media Freedom Navigator is an online tool providing information on media freedom throughout the world. It brings together important media freedom assessments, carried out by Reporters Without Borders, Freedom House, IREX, Article19, Friedrich Ebert Stiftung and UNESCO. In addition, UNDP’s Human Development Index and Transparency International’s Corruption Perceptions Index are referenced. The online tool provides background information on the methodology and practice of each assessment, and links to online resources.
